executive-stressAnxiety and Stress are not only responsible for our change of moods or heart disease, high blood pressure and depression, they have also been identified as major contributing factors in a number of illnesses including: diabetes, rheumatism, arthritis, allergies, skin diseases, asthma, multiple sclerosis, ulcers, stomach and digestive tract and bowel complaints to name just a few. Anxiety, Stress and Depression also ruin our relationships.

What are the objectives of the Holistic Wellbeing Programme?

The Holistic Wellbeing Programme will teach you tools that will help you remain calm and serein when faced with situations which previously triggered feelings of stress, anger, frustration and anxiety.

8 hours – 4 weekly sessions of 2 hours each

What is the Programme’s content?

The Holistic Wellbeing Programme will focus on the nature of anxiety, its symptoms and effects. Understanding how anxiety arises, and being able to recognize the symptoms and the triggers to your anxiety will help reduce the level of anxiety you are experiencing.

Through interactive exercises, you will learn to identify the triggers to your feelings of anxiety during specific situations as well as your negative thoughts.

You will learn easy-to-use relaxation and mindfulness techniques which will help you gain a sense of wellbeing, calm as well as control over your emotions, generally in your everyday life but also at times when you need to maintain focus and a clear head.

Experiential work is essential to the nature of this workshop, therefore confidentiality is agreed on at each session. We also agree to remain non-judgmental and respectful of each other’s experience, so each participant feels safe to explore his own feelings and participate fully in the experiential and sharing activities. You can of course speak about your own experience of the workshop, but the identity and details about the other participants will be protected.

During the workshops you will be working with various therapeutic models and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Neuroscience.
